摘　　要：建设丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路,是中央从国家战略全局做出的重大决策。苏州地处"一带一路"在长三角的交汇点,应充分发挥开放型经济优势,主动参与"一带一路"建设,在国家发展大局中找准定位,为国家"一带一路"战略做出新的贡献。The construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road is a major policy made by the Chinese Central Government according to the national overall strategy. Suzhou is located at the intersection of the Yangtze River Delta, should give full play to the advantages of an open economy, actively partici？pate in the construction of“One Belt and One Road”, find accurate positioning in the nation’s overall development and make new contributions to the national strategy of“One Belt and One Road”.
