摘  要:在传统催化剂单元体样品活性实验室检测方法的基础上,提出以脱硝反应器内多层串联催化剂为研究对象,通过现场性能试验测试进出口NOx浓度和氨逃逸浓度,得到实际运行NH3/NO摩尔比〈1.0时的脱硝效率,采用脱硝效率-氨逃逸法评估实际烟气参数分布和催化剂堵塞状态下的宏观脱硝装置潜能.通过11台机组满负荷下的变脱硝效率试验数据显示,NH3/NO摩尔比大幅度变化时的各台机组脱硝装置潜能相对偏差仅约-2.0%-1.8%,现场性能测试数据具有良好的重复性,能够反映和评估脱硝装置性能.以某600MW机组下冲W型火焰锅炉为例,根据历史上多次现场性能测试的脱硝装置潜能,回归了性能劣化函数,并预测了催化剂层增加或者更换方案.On the basis of conventional inspection method for single SCR catalyst element activity in laboratory,the NOx and ammonia escape concentration at inlet and outlet of the SCR device was measured during field performance test,by taking the multi-layer cascade catalyst in the SCR reactor as the research object. The de-NOx efficiency-ammonia slip method was used to evaluate the macroscopic SCR potential with the deNOx efficiency and ammonia slip measured from the field SCR performance test with the actual operating NH3/NO molar ratio less than 1.0. Field test results of 11 units show that the relative deviation of SCR potential in each unit with different NH3/NO molar ratios at full load ranges from -2.0% to 1.8% ,indicating the field performance test data have well repeatability,which can reflect and evaluate the SCR device performance. Finally,by taking a down-fired 600 MW unit boiler as the example,the SCR performance degradation function over time was regressed from the SCR potential measured at different time and then used to adding or replacing the catalyst layer.
