摘 要:阐述了基于介电常数法的汽轮机油质量监测方法及原理,以某电厂32号L-TSA运行汽轮机油为例,通过试验研究了汽轮机油中的水分、金属磨粒浓度、老化时间及油液温度与油液介电常数之间的变化规律。结果表明,汽轮机油的介电常数随水分、金属磨粒浓度、老化时间的增加而增大;油液介电常数与油温呈线性关系;介电常数作为汽轮机油污染的评价指标是可行的。The dielectric constant based turbine oil quality monitoring method and the principle was presented. Moreover,taking the No. 32 L-TSA turbine oil in a power plant as the example, the effects of several factors on dielectric constant of the turbine oil were experimentally investigated, such as water content, metal debris,ageing time and oil temperature. The results show that, the dielectric constant of turbine oil increased with the water content, metal debris content and ageing time, it is in proportion to oil temperature. Therefore,using the dielectric constant as the evaluation index of turbine oil pollution is feasible.
