摘 要:华能九台电厂2台600MW级燃烧褐煤的超临界塔式锅炉在高负荷工况下,锅炉本体上部及尾部烟道均存在高频振动问题,造成受热面频繁泄漏。分析认为,锅炉振动是由发生在锅炉受热面管子的卡门涡流脱落引起的脱落涡振频率与发生在锅炉烟室的声学驻波频率产生共振所致。对此,提出了在烟道内加装隔板,通过改变烟室的声学驻波频率来消除共振。该方案实施后,不仅彻底消除了锅炉振动,而且未再发生末级过热器壁温大面积超限等不良现象,改造效果良好。High frequency vibration occurred in upper part and tail flue duct of the 600 MW supercritical unit tower type boiler firing lignite in Huaneng Jiutai Power Plant,resulting in frequent heat leakage of heat surface. Analysis shows the major reason is the sympathetic vibration between the vortex shedding fre- quency resulted from the Karman vortex shedding from the heating surface and the acoustic standing wave frequency occurred in gas room. Therefore, to eliminate the sympathetic vibration by changing the acoustic standing wave frequency in gas room,a countermeasure that adding baffles in the flue duct was proposed. After the baffles were added, the boiler vibration was thoroughly eliminated. Moreover, over temperature of the final super heater tube wall with large area never occurred again.
