摘 要:通过研究不同树脂组合的基本性能指标及其在现场运行的实际表现,包括出水水质、运行周期和树脂工作交换容量等,从理论和实际运行2方面对树脂选型进行比较,理论上高交联度的凝胶型阳树脂具有交换容量高,大孔阴树脂再生容易、抗污染能力好等优势。通过电厂3年多的运行结果表明:凝胶型阳树脂与大孔型阴树脂的组合应用明显改善了凝结水精处理混床出水水质和运行周期,出水Na+小于1μg/L,出水氢电导率维持在0.06-0.07μS/cm,运行周期稳定维持在40天以上,该树脂组合应用经验为凝结水精处理系统的高效稳定运行提供参考和借鉴。同时也给同类电厂对凝结水精处理应用和评估提供参考。The basic performance indexes and actual operation situations of different resin combinations were investigated,such as the treated water quality,operating cycle time and resin working capacity. The resin type selection was compared from theoretical and actual operation aspects. Theoretically, the high DVB cation resin has advantages of high working capacity,easy regeneration of large-hole anion resin and anti-fouling performance. More than three years' operation of a power plant show that, combination of gel cation resin and MR anion resin improved the treated water quality and operation period dramatically. The sodium leakage was lower than 1 μg/L, the cation conductivity was kept between 0. 06 μS/cm and 0.07 /μS/cm,and the operation period was kept more than 40 days. The application experience of this resin combination can provide references for not only high efficient and stable operation of condensate water polishing systems, but also performance evaluation in condensate polishing resins.
