摘  要:某600 MW机组QFSN-600-2型发电机由于定子绕组端部振动大,导致水电接头脱焊引起短路接地故障。通过振动测试分析,判断该振动源于50 Hz转子机械振动通过轴承、基座传递到定子绕组端部,传递过程由于结构共振导致振动超标。对此,采取改变定子绕组端部刚度、降低激振力及加装阻尼装置等措施,将定子绕组的端部振动最大值控制在150μm以内。Due to large vibration of stator end winding,the stator ground protection faults occurred twice in QFSN-600-2 600 MW generator in a 600 MW unit. Vibration tests show that,the mechanical vibration with frequency of 50 Hz transmitted from the bearing,base to the stator end winding,during this process the structural resonance caused excess vibration. Thus, a series of measures were taken to control the maximum value of turbine generator stator end winding vibration to a safe level,including changing the stator winding end stiffness, reducing the excited forces and installing damping devices. After these measures were taken,the maximum vibration was reduced to below 150 μm.
