摘  要:分析了汽车工业焊装车间工艺负荷的特点,介绍了中频逆变焊机对供配电系统的影响,详细阐述了汽车工业焊装车间的工艺供配电设计措施,包括变配电站的选址与配置、无功功率补偿与消谐、有源滤波等,并说明了现阶段焊装设计中的易发问题与解决办法,以供焊装类车间电气设计参考。The features of process load in automotive industry welding workshop was analyzed,and the impact of supply and distribution system from frequency inverter welder was introduced.The design measures of supply and distribution system for welding workshop process were detailed explained at aspects of location and configuration of power distribution station,reactive power compensation and harmonic elimination,and active wave filter.The incidental problems and solutions recommended in the welding design stage in current.It could provide references for electrical design of welding workshop.
