鸡产气荚膜梭菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘　　要：对哈尔滨市3个鸡场送检疑似鸡坏死性肠炎病例进行了病理剖检和细菌分离,从菌落、菌体的形态、生化特性、PCR鉴定、病理组织学检查和细菌致病性等方面对病原菌进行了鉴定。结果表明,病原菌为厌氧的革兰阳性短杆菌,在含卵黄的TSC培养基上形成周围带白浊环的黑色圆菌落,能发酵葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖、乳糖和紫牛乳;PCR鉴定及致病性试验表明分离的细菌为产气荚膜梭菌,且有致病性。药敏试验显示,分离菌株对青霉素等5种药物高度敏感;对新霉素等4种药物耐药。Pathologic autopsy and bacterium isolation and identification were undertaken for chickens suspected of chickennecrotizing enteritis from three chicken farms in Harbin, in which bacterium colony, bacterium morphology, biochemical character-istics, PCR identification, histopathological examination and bacterial pathogenicity were observed or tested.The results showedthat the pathogens were anaerobic Gram-positive stubby bacillus.In TSC medium, there appeared black circular colonies and whit-ish ring were formed around the colony .The bacteria could utilize glucose, maltose, sucrose, lactose, and purple milk;According toPCR and pathogenicity test results, the bacterial isolates were identified as Clostridium perfringens with pathogenic virulence. Inthe end, Antimicrobial susceptibility test of Clostridium perfringens was performed and the isolated bacteria were shown to be high-ly sensitive to penicillin and other four kinds of drugs, and were resistant to neomycin and other three drugs.
