摘　　要：该文以某品牌大吨位挖掘市场质量反馈信息为依据,对产生问题的原因进行分析,并对所发生故障进行解决。主要对的液压油箱回油滤结构进行阐述,对市场反馈的气泡问题、滤芯脱落问题进行分析,对液压油箱结构强度进行分析计算。This paper analysis the reason of the problem base on the quality information of excavator market, and then resolve the problem. To primarily expound the structure of the hydraulic oil tank about the oil filter, analysis the problem of bubble and filter shedding coming from the market. Analysis and calculate the hydraulic oil tank structure strength.
