摘 要:防砂筛管被地层砂冲蚀失效的现象普遍存在,其破坏形式有喷射冲蚀和孔缝冲蚀。根据生产实践和筛管破坏原理提出筛管防砂试验要求和冲蚀评价方法,并据此研制了油气井防冲蚀试验装置。该装置由供气系统、供液系统、主体装置、数据采集及控制系统组成。该装置设有气体和液体两套试验系统,可选择性地进行气井和油井防砂冲蚀试验。其主体装置的测试箱设有透视窗口,实现了操作可视化;筛管样件与喷嘴夹角可调,能进行各种冲蚀破坏试验;系列化的喷嘴规格,能适应不同粒径的地层砂试验;采用激光多普勒测速仪监测砂粒速度,实现了精准控制。应用表明,该装置操作简单,试验精准,为防砂筛管的设计提供了强有力的数据支撑。It is certainly ubiquitous for sieve tube of the sand management of erosion damage, whose destroy forms is jet erosion and aper- ture erosion. Test requirements and evaluation methods of erosion of sieve tube were raised on the basis of damage theory and production practice. Therefore, a erosion test device of the sand management for oil and gas well was developed. The device was made up of gas sys- tem, liquid system, main unit, control and data acquisition system. It had two test systems -liquid and gas system, and could have a ero- sion test for liquid or gas. There was a perspective window on the test box in the main unit, so the course of erosion could be seen; the angle between the nozzle and the sample of sieve tube could be adjusted, so it could do kinds of erosion experiments; serialization nozzles could apply to lots of diameters of sands; the speed of solids was metered by laser doppler anemometry, and controlled precisely. Application proved that the device operated simply, tested accurately, and supplied forceful data for design of sieve tube of the sand management.
