摘 要:利用11对SSR引物对84个枣品种进行分析,共检测到37个多态性位点,PIC值变幅为0.19-0.67,平均为0.48。依照枣原产地将其分为4类,遗传一致度为0.928 6-0.993 5,遗传多样性表现为华北地区〉华中地区〉华东地区〉西北地区,其中华北地区与华东地区的亲缘关系最近。基于UPGMA法聚类分析表明,11对SSR引物可以区分本试验中82.3%的枣品种,其遗传距离为0.00-0.52,均值为0.15,但并没有依照原产地完全区分开。Polymorphisms of 84 Chinese jujube were detected with 11 pairs of SSR primers . Totally ,37 polymorphic alleles were revealed .Polymorphism information content values of the primer pairs ranged from 0 .19 to 0 .67 ,with an average of 0 .48 .The 84 Chinese jujube were divided into four populations by their place of origin ,and their Nei′s genetic identity ranged from 0 .928 6 to 0 .993 5 .The parametric level of genetic diversity was :North China〉Central China〉East China〉Northwest ,and the genetic relationship between the North China and the East China was the closest .UPGMA cluster analysis showed that 82 .3% of Chinese jujube were distinguished ,and the genetic distance among cultivars ranged from 0 .00 to 0 .52 , with an average of 0 1.5 .However ,these varieties were not distinguished according to the method of origin classification .
