摘 要:设计了3种不同截面形式的软钢棒体耗能器元件,其中包括1种等截面棒体阻尼器耗能元件和2种变截面棒体阻尼器耗能元件。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对这3种耗能元件的耗能性能进行了数值模拟分析,并利用正交试验法研究了耗能器元件的直径、长细比、锚固端板厚度、内缩直径以及端部延伸长度等参数对元件耗能性能的影响。结果表明:变截面棒体耗能元件比等截面棒体耗能元件的耗能性能更强;此外,对于变截面棒体耗能元件,如果将锚固端等直径延伸一段距离,则其耗能性能会得到很大的改善。Three mild steel rod energy dissipation elements, including one uniform cross-section and two variable cross-section energy dissipation elements were designed numerical simulation of the three element was carried out by use of FE software ABAQUS and influence of parameters, such as diameter, slenderness ratio, thickness of anehord end plate internal constriction diameler and end extension length on energy dissipation behavior of the element was researched. Results show that energy dissipation capacity of variable cross-section element is stonger than that of u- niform cross-section one. In addition,if the equal diameter part entends certain distance, the energy dissipation ca- pacity of the element would be improved significanty.
