摘  要:为降低成本,武钢集中使用低质矿,在5号烧结机和6号高炉进行了工业试验。结果表明,使用低质矿会引起烧结矿冷强度和低温还原粉化等性能变差,低质矿用量不宜超过35%;针对低质矿使用后烧结矿质量的变化,6号高炉通过不断优化高炉上下部调剂,使焦比降低3.1 kg/t。WISCO made a commercial test on its No. 5 sintering machine and No. 6 BF by using low quality ore with aim of reducing production cost. The results show the use of low-quality ore may cause performance degradation with regard to cold strength and reduction disintegration in low temperature, etc. , and the amount of low-quality ore used should not exceed 35%. In No. 6 blast furnace, optimization measures are taken constantly to simultaneously conditioning the upper and lower part of furnace when the sinter ore quality changes due to utilization of low-quality ore. As a result, the coke ratio is lowered down by 3.1 kg/t.
