摘　　要：对太钢大型高炉2次开炉的生产组织和技术经验进行了总结。认为,确立大型高炉开炉过程的主要节点是关键;在装开炉料前,要确立入炉各段和全炉料的焦比和目标渣、铁成分;开炉送风后,要做好送风初期的高炉操作,平稳过渡软熔带的形成过程,确定出第一炉铁的累计风量和时间,出好第一炉铁。The paper summarizes production organization and technical experiences in second startup of the large sized blast furnace in Taiyuan Steel and points out establishment of main startup activity milestone is a critical proceeding. It is necessa- ry to determine coke ratio of burden at different sections of furnace and in the whole furnace and target slag and iron composi- tion before charging the burden. After blowing, properly handling blast furnace operation, formation of a smoothly transited adhesive zone and setup of accumulative blast amount and time are imperative for the first tapping and fulfill target first tap- ping.
