摘　　要：通过本质涵义剖析,指出Human Library具有泛社会的本质属性,不应拘泥于图书馆领域;Human Library是多种人际交流方式的免费、共享性聚合平台,而非一种新的人际交流方式;对活体图书"回报"机制是Human Library发展的关键。By theoretically analyzing the nature of ＂Human Library＂, the paper points out the pan-social attributes of ＂Human Library＂, which are not limited to the library field. ＂Human Library＂ should be a free and sharing platform of diverse interpersonal communication approaches, rather than one single new interpersonal communication manner. ＂Incentive＂ mechanism for ＂Human Books＂ should be the key to Human Library development.
