摘　　要：强化事中事后监管是当前加快转变政府职能的重要内容,也是上海自贸试验区可复制、可推广至全国的改革试点经验。上海自贸试验区成立一年多来在加强政府事中事后监管等方面进行了有益探索,取得了初步成效,但也存在一些问题。对此,从构建整体意识强、协调性好、监管严密的综合监管机制等五个方面,提出进一步深化上海自贸试验区事中事后监管改革的对策建议,以期为国内其他自贸试验区推进政府事中事后监管改革提供借鉴和参考。Promoting regulation in process and afterwards is one of the most important part in the government function transformation in China. Since China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone was built, some remarkable progress has been made in this field. These practice and experience can not only be replicated and extended to the na- tional level, but also can be copied by other places in China. However, it is no doubt there are some problems to be solved. The paper will summarize these experience and practice, and put forward suggestions to promote the reform regulation in process and afterwards from five aspects, including the construction of comprehensive regulation mechanism. These advices probably will be benefit to the reform in promoting regulation in process and afterwards in other free trade zones in China as reference.
