城镇化进程中公安行政管理改革的创新向度

摘　　要：中国城镇化进程已经加速,厘清城镇化进程中公安行政改革创新的向度,需要破解城镇化确定的公安行政改革创新要义、公安行政改革创新面临的挑战以及公安行政改革创新的突破点。中国特色城镇化要求公安机关在管理体制机制变革、理念转变、保障民生和民意引导警务模式构建、现代警务机制建设、适应城镇化需求的矛盾协调与维稳机制建设、信息资源共享型的警务合作机制创新等方面大胆实践和探索。China＇s urbanization process has accelerated. To clarify the innovation dimension of the public security admin- istrative reform during the urbanization process, we need to think the following issues： the innovation essence, the challenges and the breakthroughs. The urbanization with Chinese characteristics requires the pub lic security organs to implement explorations in the management system and mechanism, to transform ideas, to safeguard the people＇s livelihood, to build the people - oriented policing model, to modernize the policing mechanism, to construct the conflict coordination and stability mechanism, and to innovate the policing coop- eration mechanism based on information resource sharing model.
