摘　　要：地理信息安全事关国家安全根本,是国家经济发展、社会稳定的重要基石,维护和保障地理信息安全是国家治理不可或缺的组成部分。当前,我国地理信息存在不少问题和矛盾,其中最为突出的是涉及地理信息安全的治理主体多头,缺乏统筹领导,且权责关系不明确。要从国家治理体系现代化的高度全面考量地理信息安全,理顺涉及地理信息安全管理的各主体间的职责和关系,成立国家层面的协调机构,理顺地理信息安全组织管理体制。Geographic information security is a matter of national security, and the cornerstone of national economic devel- opment and social stability. So Maintaining and ensuring the security of geographic information is an integral part of governance. Currently, China＇s geographic information exists many problems and contradictions, and the most prominent problem is lack of leadership as a whole and the relationship between power and responsibility is not clear. We must comprehensively consider the geographic information security, its management responsibili- ties and relationships between different subjects from the height of state governance modernization, establish a coordination mechanism at the national level, and straighten out the geographical information security manage ment system.
