摘 要:为了保证露天煤矿的原煤生产能力,提高拉斗铲的作业效率,在对拉斗铲单区作业时间及拉斗铲生产能力的统计数据做出详细分析的基础上,得出了拉斗铲生产能力与扩展平盘高度的关系,推导出了扩展平盘平均高度的计算公式,并根据地质资料、爆堆扫描数据以及几何条件,利用离散向量、积分等数学方法推导出了扩展平盘高度与露煤进度、拉斗铲堆高、内排标高之间的数学关系,进而提出了扩展平盘高度的确定方法。结果表明,为使拉斗铲的生产能力不低于3850m^3/h,要求扩展平盘高度应在10~16.5m之间,对应的抛掷爆破台阶高度为36~42.5m。To ensure the raw coal production capacity of opencast coal mine and improve the operation efficiency of dragline, the related statistical data of dragline operation was analyzed in detail, the relationship between dragline hourly capacity and extended bench height was obtained and the calculation formula of average extended bench height was derived. Besides, with mathematical methods such as discrete vector quantity and integration, the mathematical relationships between extended bench height and schedule of uncover coal seam, height of stacking rock, elevation of internal dumping bench were deduced according to geological data, scan data of muck pile and geometrical conditions, and then the determination method of extended bench height was proposed. The result shows that, to ensure a dragline capacity no less than 3850m^3/h, the extended bench height should be 10 ~ 16. 5m, and the corresponding height of casting blast bench is 36~42. 5m.
