摘 要:为了研究ZYWL-6000D型定向钻机在软煤层、构造带等复杂地层中的钻进效果,以高河煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔施工为研究背景,采用试验孔探测了施工前方100m地层条件,验证了ZYWL-6000D型定向钻机设备的稳定性,并对能力孔的施工工艺进行了改进。施工结果表明,5个能力钻孔主控深度均达到480m,其中,4#能力孔主孔深度达到561m,5个能力钻孔累计总进尺达到3132m,整个试验过程较为顺利。To explore the drilling effect of ZYWL - 6000D directional drill in the complex formation, such as soft coal seam and tectonic belt, and based on the construction of in the Gaohe Coal Mine, the formation condition was detected using test hole at 100m before construction site, to verify the equipment stability, the construction technology of the capacity borehole was improved. According to the construction effect, the depth of 5 capacity holes were over 480m, and the deepest depth was up to 561m. The results show that, although the drilling was very difficult, that of No. 4 borehole reached 561m accumulative total footage was 3132m, the tests were smoothly conducted.
