摘  要:针对紧密排列螺旋绕肋燃料组件开展阻力特性试验研究。试验结果表明:入口温度对组件的阻力特性无影响;拟合的阻力系数关系式与试验数据的偏差小于1%;Rehme关系式在低雷诺数时与试验数据吻合。采用BSL雷诺应力湍流模型对紧密排列螺旋绕肋组件进行数值模拟计算,获得了组件的阻力特性、速度分布、二次流,并与试验数据对比,偏差小于8%,表明采用的计算流体动力学(CFD)方法适用于预测紧密排列螺旋绕肋组件的阻力特性。Experimental investigation on flow resistance coefficient for the tight arrangement spiral-fin fuel assembly was performed. Results show that the inlet temperature has no effect on the flow resistance coefficient. The deviation between the proposed correlation and experimental data is less than 1%. A good comparison between Rehme correlation and experimental data was obtained when Reynolds number is small. Numerical simulation with BSL Reynolds stress turbulence model for the tight arrangement spiral-fin fuel assembly was carried out. Flow resistance coefficient, velocity distribution and secondary velocity were analyzed. The deviation is less than 8%. It shows that the CFD method could be used to predict the flow resistance coefficient for the tight arrangement spiral-fin fuel assembly.
