新建本科院校自组织科研群体形成与演化过程分析——基于论文合著网络的视角

摘　　要：新建本科院校要快速地实现从专科向本科转型,必须要有强大的科研做支撑。随着各学科领域间的交叉和渗透,科学研究群体性合作的重要性日益突出。为了深入了解和揭示新建本科院校科研群体的自然形成与自我运作情况,以衡水学院为例,从体现科研人员科研合作工作的学术论文合著网络入手,考察科研群体的自组织过程。通过对合著作者构建的社会网络进行总体分析,揭示网络的总体特征和阶段演化特征,探索各学科学者之间的科研合作以及不同学科领域间的交叉合作与融合发展情况,把握科研群体的形成、演化与发展趋势。经分析发现,新建本科院校科研成果产出短期增长迅速,发展后劲乏力;科研群体合作广泛,学科内趋性合作为主;跨学科、跨单位合作已初见端倪,科研群体合作不稳定,实质性的科研团队尚未形成。It is necessary for the newly - built university to have sufficient scientific research if it aims to transit from college to u- niversity. With the penetration among different disciplines, the importance of scientific research in group cooperation becomes more and more outstanding. In order to have a thorough understanding about the formation and operation of research teams in newly - built uni- versities, this paper mainly studies the co - author network and the self - organized process of the research teams, taking Hengshui U- niversity in Hebei Province as an example. Through analyzing the co - authors＇ social network, this paper aims to reveal its general and periodic features. By exploring the cooperation and fusion among the different scholars and disciplines, and the formation, evolu- tion and development trend of research teams, this paper reveals that though research outcome in newly - built universities increases rapidly in a short time, it lacks staying power; the extensive corporation takes priority of corporation within the disciplines. The first sign of the corporations among disciplines and units has taken shape, but this corporation is not stable enough, and the substantial re- search group has not formed yet.
