摘　　要：在当今的知识经济时代,社会的进步与发展越来越多地依赖于知识的生产。而全球的竞争也从过去国家间的武力征服,逐渐地转化为各国企业家之间的"肉搏战"。站在全球化市场经济的大背景下,各国高校的地位和功能也都在面临着重新审视与挑战。借鉴美国和日本高校在创业教育方面的成功经验,大力发展我国高校的创业教育,积极培育大学生的创新精神,提升大学生的创业能力,这将是我国高校提升核心竞争力的必经之路。In the era of knowledge -driven economy, the development and progress of society more and more depends on the pro- duction of knowledge. And the global competition gradually transformed from the past of a national military conquest into “hand - to - hand combat” between entrepreneurs from all over the world. Under the background of globalization of market economy, the position and function of higher education in the world are in the face of re - examine and challenge. Learning from the successful experience of American and Japanese universities in entrepreneurship education, we should vigorously develop entrepreneurship education in the uni- versities of China, actively cultivate the students innovative spirit and improve students entrepreneurial ability. It will be the only way to enhance the core competitiveness of universities in China.
