摘　　要：当下,诸多有识之士已意识到高校需要进行校园文化建设,校园文化对人才培养颇具价值意义。但真正拥有特色文化的校园不多,方域文化是最能体现大学特色的因素。地方高校应牢固树立文化铸就灵魂、引领社会高雅风尚与习俗的理念,不断开拓文化育人功能、涵养文化气质内蕴,将地域特色文化引入课堂,融会贯通地域文化,自觉担负传播文化,发挥校园文化在育人过程中的助推作用。Now many intelligent people have realized that universities need to construct campus culture, which is quite valuable to cultivate talents. But campuses that really have special culture are not very much, and local culture is the most important factor show- ing university characteristics. Local universities should firmly build the idea that culture could create the soul and lead elegant styles and customs of the society, exploit the function of culture education continually, foster the temperament implication of euhure, bring special local culture to class, integrate and digest the local culture, disseminate the culture consciously, and strongly exert campus cul- ture＇s impelling function in the process of education.
