摘 要:研究了用聚苯乙烯树脂处理稀土皂化含油废水,考察了聚苯乙烯树脂对油的饱和吸附容量以及进水含油浓度、流速、处理时间和水量对油去除率的影响。结果表明:聚苯乙烯树脂对油的饱和吸附容量较高,约为91mg/g;树脂除油率随进水油浓度增大而降低,但对于油质量浓度为562.3mg/L的稀土皂化废水,油去除率达87%以上;进水流速减小,油去除率增大;吸附平衡后,随处理时间延长和处理水量增加,油去除率急剧下降。In the paper ,using polystyrene resin to treatment oily wastewater in RE′s saponification was studied .The saturated absorption capacity for oil of polystyrene resin and the influence of oil concentration in the wastewater ,wastewater flow rate ,processing time and water quantity on removal of oil were examined .The results show that the saturated absorption capacity for oil of polystyrene resin is about 91 mg/g ,the removal of oil decreases with increasing oil concentration in the influent . However ,for the RE′s saponification wastewater which oil concentration is 562 .3 mg/L ,the removal rate of oil is more than 87% .The removal rate of oil increased when influent flow rate decreases .After adsorption equilibrium ,the removal rate of oil decreases sharply with extending processing time and increasing w ater quantity .
