摘 要:目的评价氯氟醚菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯、四氟苯菊酯和右旋炔丙菊酯对淡色库蚊和家蝇的毒杀或击倒效果。方法采用浸渍法测定淡色库蚊4龄幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC_(50));采用28 m^3模拟现场法测定淡色库蚊羽化4 d未吸血成虫的半数击倒中时(KT_(50));采用饲喂法测定家蝇3龄幼虫的LC_(50);采用方箱法测定雌成蝇的KT_(50)。结果氯氟醚菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯、四氟苯菊酯和右旋炔丙菊酯对淡色库蚊幼虫的LC_(50)分别为0.94、2.28、3.10和54.00μg/L;对成蚊的KT_(50)分别为21.80、26.89、53.96、>60min。氯氟醚菊酯、四氟苯菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯和右旋炔丙菊酯对家蝇幼虫的LC_(50)分别为4.20、5.81、9.92和146.96μg/g;对雌成蝇的KT_(50)分别为7.22、5.05、7.97和13.02min。结论氯氟醚菊酯对淡色库蚊幼虫和成虫及家蝇幼虫防治效果均优于四氟甲醚菊酯、四氟苯菊酯和右旋炔丙菊酯,对家蝇成虫的击倒效果稍逊于四氟苯菊酯。Objective To evaluate the toxic and knockdown activity of meperfluthrin, dimefluthrin, transfluthrin and prallethrin, against Culex pipiens pallens and Musca domestica. Methods The dipping method was applied to determine the LC^50 of the 4th instar larvae of Cx. pipiens pallens. The 28 m3 simulated site method was used to determine the KT^50 of four- day old adults post- emergence of Cx. pipiens pallens, which were non- blood fed. Musca dornestica larvae were bioassayed with feeding method and the effect was determined by LC^50. For female M. domestica adults, the KTso were determined by vaporizing mat method (quadrate box method). Results The LC^50 of meperfluthrin, dimefluthrin, transfluthrin and prallethrin against Cx. pipiens pallens larvae were 0.94, 2.28, 3.10 and 54.00 μg/L, respectively, and the KT^50 were 21.80, 26.89, 53.96, 〉60 rain against Cx. pipiens pallens adults, respectively. The LC^50 of meperfluthrin, transfluthrin, dimefluthrin and prallethrin were 4.20, 5.81, 9.92, 146.96 μg/g against M. domestica larvae, respectively, and the KT^50 were 7.22, 5.05, 7.97, 13.02 min against female M. domestica adults, respectively. Conclusion Meperfluthrin is an active insecticide against larval M. domestica and Cx. pipiens pallens, and is more active than dimefluthrin, transfluthrin and prallethrin. The activity of meperfluthin against M. domestica adults is slightly less than transfluthrin.
