摘 要:以"陕林4号"和"07-69×青1"为试材,分别用浓度为0、5、10、15、20mmol/L的CaCl2溶液喷施杨树幼苗,4℃低温胁迫2d后测定杨树幼苗的膜伤害率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶(SOD和POD)活性以及可溶性蛋白质含量等生理指标,以探究低温胁迫下不同浓度外源Ca2+对杨树幼苗抗寒相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:在喷施10mmol/L CaCl2的作用下,杨树幼苗的各项抗寒相关生理指标最优,可显著降低杨树幼苗的膜伤害率,减少丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,增加可溶性蛋白质含量。外源Ca2+可以有效提高杨树幼苗的抗寒能力,缓解低温胁迫对杨树幼苗的伤害。The young seedlings of 'Shaanlin No. 4' and' 07-69 × P. cathayana 1 ' were used as experiment materials. In this research, CaCl2 concentrations of 0,5,10,15,20 retool/L were sprayed before treated under 4℃ stress for 2 days. Then, physiological indexes including membrane injury rate, activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD and POD), contents of MDA and soluble protein were measured to investigate the effect of different Ca2+ concentration on cold tolerance related physiological indexes in poplar under low temperature stress. The results showed that membrane injury rate and MI)A content were decreased under 10 mmol/L CaCl2 treatment, while antioxidant enzymes (SOD and POD) and soluble protein were increased significantly. In conclusion, cold tolerance of poplar seedlings and alleviate the it was made sense that exogenous Ca2+ could effectively improve the damage caused by low temperature stress.
