摘 要:以路易斯安娜鸢尾为试材,进行溶液培养,采用原子吸收法以及环境扫描电子显微镜和X射线电子探针的方法,研究了0、100、500μM Cd浓度处理对路易斯安娜鸢尾Cd、N、P、K、S等元素的吸收和积累特性的影响。结果表明:叶和根中Cd含量均随着Cd处理浓度的增加而增加,叶的N含量呈明显的下降趋势。根的Cd积累量显著高于叶,基部茎节是Cd积累的主要场所。经X射线电子探针分析,Cd胁迫显著抑制路易斯安娜鸢尾K的吸收,显著增加S的地上部运输,高浓度Cd处理进一步影响P的吸收。Taking Iris heacagona as test material, solution culture under 0,100,500 vM Cd treatment was cultivated. The absorption and accumulation characteristics o{ CA, N, P, K, S in Iris hezagona were analysed by the methods of atomic absorption spectrometry, environmental scanning electron microscope and X-ray electron probe microanalysis. The results showed that the content of CA in leaves and roots were increased along with the increase of CA concentration while N content in leaves was decreased. CA accumulation in roots was significantly higher than that in leaves and the basal stem section was the main site for CA accumulation. X-ray electron probe microanalysis indicated that the absorption of K was significantly inhibited and up-transportation of S was increased obviously under CA stress in Iris hexagona. The absorption of P was further affected by high CA concentration.
