摘　　要：以辽藁本为试材,采用烘干称重和高压液相色谱方法,研究了2年生和3年生辽藁本不同生育时期的生长发育及其有效成分积累动态含量,探讨了采收时期和生长年限对辽藁本产量和品质的影响。结果表明:3年生辽藁本在产量和活性成分方面均优于2年生辽藁本;比较营养生长期、孕穗期、盛花期、盛果期和枯萎期5个阶段的相关指标,在盛果期采收藁本,药材产量较高,质量好。Taking Ligusticurn jeholense as materias, using oven drying and HPLC method, the growth and development, accummlation content of effective constituents of biennial and triennial Ligusticum jeholense at different development stages were studied,and the effect of harvest time and growth year on the yield and quality of Ligusticumjeholense were investigated. The results showed that triennial was better than biennial at the growth, yield and medicinal aspects. Compared with the index of five development stages, the full bearing period was the best harvest time for the higher yield and better quality of Ligusticurn jeholense.
