摘 要:随着电传飞机的出现,气动伺服弹性试飞及飞控稳性试飞成为必然.因此,如何在飞机的伺服控制系统中加入适合的激励信号,以计算出准确的稳定裕度,成为稳定裕度科目试飞的关键.某大型飞机飞控系统复杂,可借鉴经验少,传统的颤振激励系统信号生成方法无法保障气动伺服弹性试飞及飞控稳定性试飞.经过研究,设计出了与其飞控系统相匹配的激励信号,满足了该型飞机的气动伺服弹性及飞控稳定性试飞,并为后续其他型号的ASE及飞控稳定性试飞奠定了基础,节约了飞行试验成本.With the advent of fly by wire(FBW)airplane,aeroservoelasticity (ASE)flight test and flight control system stability flight test became necessary.Therefore,it was the key of stability margin flight test that input proper excitation signal of the servo control system in order to calculate the exact stability margin.The flight control system of large airplane was complex.It was hard to get experience from other flight test.Traditional signal generation methods of flutter excitation system could not help ASE flight and flight control system stability flight test.The new excitation signal was designed and that was compatible with flight control system of the airplane.It satisfied ASE flight test and flight con-trol system stability flight test of the airplane and laid the foundation for the subsequent other types of airplane ASE and flight control system stability flight test,and futhermore saved the cost of flight test.
