摘 要:以碳酸乙烯酯(Ec)为原料,加入引发剂或光照条件下通人氯气反应合成氯代碳酸乙烯酯(CEC)。通过对反应时间、反应温度、引发剂的选择及用量、氯气流量等,考察了反应的进行状态和收率。通过气相色谱分析,在紫外光照和引发剂BPO联合使用,引发剂用量m(过氧化二苯甲酰):m(CE)=0.3%,反应温度80~90℃,反应时间4h,n(C12):n(EC)=1.2:1条件下,CEC收率为82.5oA。CEC was synthesized by substitution reaction from ethylene carbonate (EC) with chlorine (C12) as reagent, azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN), dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) or UV-light as initiator. Based on different reaction conditions such as reaction time, reaction temperature, choice and dosage of initiator, flow rate of C12, etc. , the product yield was investigated respectively. The best condi- tions of the reaction between ethylene EC and C12 were controlled as that UV-light and BPO were used simultaneously, weight of substance ratio of BPO to EC was 0.3 ~, temperature was 80 - 90 ~C, reac- tion time was 4 h, and the amount of substance ratio of C12 to EC was n(C12) " n(EC)=I. 2 " 1. The Final product yield is 82.5 % By GC.
