摘　　要：文章基于我国现有普通收费公路现状,系统分析了取消普通公路收费的影响因素,并结合国家财税体制改革和公路交通行业发展趋势,深入分析了取消现有普通公路收费的可行性、应遵循的原则和取消收费的时机,并提出了相关措施建议。Based on the present situation of China＇s ordinary toll roads, this paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors about cancellation the ordinary toll road, and then combines the reform of the fiscal and taxation system and the development trends of highway transportation, deeply analyzes the feasibility, principles and timing of cancelling fees of the ordinary toll roads, and proposes the relevant measures and suggestions.
