摘　　要：本文对我国高速公路发展状况和面临形势进行了系统的分析,在此基础上研究提出了"十三五"期间高速公路发展的思路建议,从而为确定"十三五"期间高速公路的发展规模、速度和重点,科学编制交通运输"十三五"发展规划提供参考。This paper provides a systematic analysis of the current highway development status and challenges in China, and then proposes an opinion on how to make decision on expressway construction. The paper is significant in that it proposes expressway construction strategy, as well as the development scale, speed and priority during the thirteenth five-year period.
