摘　　要：有鉴于《伤寒论》芍药甘草附子汤的相关条文过于简略,不能有效地指导该方剂的临床拓展运用的现状,故笔者试以理论指导实践的眼光,以卫气的生理特性、源流及其与肾中阳气相互滋生的关系为主要着力点,围绕《伤寒论》相关条文,试从该方剂的药味、药物剂量等方面来分析芍药甘草附子汤的方义,以期拓宽临床运用,提高临床治疗效果。In view of the article of Treatise on Febrile Disease s concerning on peony and licorice aconite decoction is too brief, and it cannot effectively guide the clinical application. So the author tries to view of theory guiding practice, based on the defensive qi ＇s physiological characteristics, origin and the relationship of mutual breeding with kidney Yang, around the related articles of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, parse the explanation of the formula from the medicines in a prescription, dosage and other aspects, in order to widen the clini-cal application.
