名医工作室因地制宜“三房”建设

摘　　要："三房"建设是名医工作室条件建设的一个重要内容,它包括临床经验示教诊室、临床经验示教观摩室和资料室(阅览室)的建设。本文从提高房间使用率、整合和优化医院资源角度出发,总结因地制宜做好"三房"建设的有关经验,探讨如何更好地开展名医工作室条件建设工作,以期抛砖引玉,供同道们参考指正。Building the ＂Three-Rooms＂ is an important part of the environment construction of the Doctors Research,which includes the clinical experience teaching clinic, clinical experience teaching observation room and reference room（ reading room）. We summarize our experience in building the ＂Three-Rooms＂ from reality local condition,through improving the utilization rate of the room,integrating and optimizing the resources of hospital,and discussed how to do better in future. We hope this thesis can throw away a brick in order to get a gem,please correct me!
