摘　　要：腰椎管狭窄症临床多见,病程较长,严重影响患者生活质量。毛书歌教授从事非手术综合疗法治疗颈肩腰腿痛疾病的临床工作近40年,以其父国家名老中医毛天东的治筋手法为基础,创立了一套中药内服、熏洗、牵引、手法、功能锻炼等相结合的腰椎管狭窄症的治疗体系,临床疗效满意。本文就毛书歌教授治疗腰椎管狭窄症的经验作一简单介绍,并举医案为鉴。Absdtract： Lumbar Spinal Stenosis is common disease and has a longer course of disease. It seriously affects the quality of life of patient. Professor Mao Shuge, who has been a clinical doctor for more than 40 years, engaged in non‐operation of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of neck, shoulder and waist pain diseases. Based on his father Mao Tiandong who is a national famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treatment with massage, a set of medicines, including fumigation, traction, technique, and functional exercise were established for the treatment of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis disease. Clinical curative effect is satisfied. In this paper, experience of Professor Mao Shuge on treating Lumbar Spinal Stenosis disease was introduced and medical record would be showed.
