达立通颗粒配合中药保留灌肠治疗功能性便秘40例

摘　　要：目的观察达立通颗粒配合中药保留灌肠治疗功能性便秘的临床效果。方法将80例患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例治以口服达立通颗粒+中药保留灌肠,对照组40例治以口服福松粉剂、枸橼酸莫沙比利,进行4周的治疗和对照研究。结果总有效率治疗组90%,对照组82.5%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论达立通颗粒配合中药保留灌肠治疗功能性便秘能使患者停服泻药,恢复结肠正常传输功能,治疗效果确切,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dalitong granule combined with retention enema of TCM on the treatment of func-tional constipation. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with Dilating granule combined with retention enema of TCM. 40 cases in the control group took orally Forlax powder and Mosapride. Carry out treat-ment for 4 weeks. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 90%, and 82.5% for the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05） . Conclusion Dalitong granule combined with retention enema of TCM on the treatment of functional constipation can enable patients to stop taking laxatives and recover normal colonic transmission function. The treatment is very effective and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
