醒脾祛浊汤治疗脾肾气虚合湿浊中阻型慢性肾功能衰竭36例

摘　　要：目的对脾肾气虚、湿浊中阻型慢性肾功能衰竭应用醒脾祛浊汤治疗的临床效果展开分析。方法选取脾肾气虚、湿浊中阻型慢性肾功能衰竭患者70例,随机分为两组,对照组34例给予常规治疗,观察组36例在常规治疗基础上给予醒脾祛浊汤治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,两组治疗后肾功能指标均显著改善且症状积分显著降低,观察组治疗后肾功能指标显著优于对照组,症状积分显著低于对照组。结论对脾肾气虚、湿浊中阻型慢性肾功能衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上加用醒脾祛浊汤,可有效改善患者临床症状,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective We analyzed the clinical efficacy of Xingpi Quzhuo decoction for the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness turbidity resistance type in chronic renal failure. Methods 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 34 cases in control group received conventional treatment. On the basis of conventional therapy, 36 cases in observation group received Xingpi Quzhuo de-coction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. After treatment,renal function parameters of the two groups were significantly improved. The renal function parameters of the observation group were better than that of the control group. The symptom scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Based on the conventional therapy, Xingpi Quzhuo decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness turbidity resistance type in chronic renal failure. The clinical efficacy is effective and is worth promoting.
