大黄胶囊粉外敷神阙穴配合穴位按摩对TKA术后排便的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨大黄胶囊粉外敷神阙穴配合穴位按摩对TKA术后排便的影响。方法将80例行全膝关节置换术的患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组术后在常规护理的基础外加大黄胶囊粉外敷神阙穴配合穴位按摩,对照组采用常规护理。观察两组患术后胃肠功能恢复时间,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组临床总有效率为95%,高于对照组的65%,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者术后肛门排气时间为(2.75±0.67)h,对照组为(3.50±1.04)h;观察组术后排便时间(29.25±15.04)h,对照组(52.4±23.66)h,两组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大黄胶囊粉外敷神阙穴配合穴位按摩能有效的促进TKA术后的排便。Objective To discuss the effect of Rhuba rb capsule powder external application on Shenque point with acupoint massage on defecation after TKA. Methods 80 cases of total knee arthroplasty patients were divided into treatment group and control group, and with 40 cases in each group. Based on routine nursing care, the treatment group used Rhubarb capsule powder external application on Shenque point and acupoint massage after operation. The control group received routine nursing care only. Observe the recovery time of gastrointestinal function of the two groups after operation and compared the curative effect of the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 95%, which is higher than that of the control group （65%） , it has significant difference （P〈0.01） . The postoperative anus exhaust time of the observation group patients was （2.75＋0.67） h, and （3.50＋1.04） h for the control group; defecation time of the patients in the observation group was 29.25 ＋ 15.04） h, and （52.4 ＋ 23.66） h for the control group. The difference of the two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.01） . Conclusion Rhubarb capsule powder external application on Shenque point with acupoint massage can effectively promote the TKA postoperative defecation.
