穴位埋线配合西药治疗功能性消化不良及护理

摘　　要：目的穴位埋线配合西药治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察及护理观察。方法选择我院自2012年11月—2014年12月收治的75例功能性消化不良患者的临床资料,根据随机的原则,将患者分为治疗组38例与对照组37例,对照组患者给予西药治疗,治疗组在用西药的基础上,加用穴位埋线法治疗。配合一定心理护理及饮食护理。结果治疗组患者有效率明显高于对照组患者,两组比较,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组患者胃半排空与胃排空时间较对照组有明显缩短,两组比较,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组患者治疗期间,均未发现有不良反应,临床疗效较为满意。结论中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良具有较好的协同性,是一种安全、有效的治疗功能性消化不良的方法,可临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical observation and nursing study on the treatment of dyspepsia by catgut embedding with Western medicine. Methods 75 cases were selected from November 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital. They were randomly divided in two groups, 37 cases were treated with Western medicine in the control group; 38 cases were treated with catgut embedding and Western medicine in the treatment group. They were all use a certain psychological care and diet care. Results The efficiency in the treatment group is significantly higher, the difference of the two groups was statistical significance （ P〈0.05） ;the time of gastric emptying of the treatment group is shorter, the difference of the two groups was statistical significance （ P〈0.05） . Conclusion The integrative treatment on dyspepsia was a safe and effective way for the treatment of dyspepsia and can be widely applied in clinic.
