摘　　要：小柴胡汤出自《伤寒论》,是东汉张仲景的一首经典名方,仲景虽以其作为治少阳病之主方,然后人对其多有发挥。笔者有幸师从肖国辉教授,观其对小柴胡汤的运用极为灵活,且疗效甚佳,充分体现了师古不泥古的创新精神。Xiaochaihu Decoction comes from Treatise on Febrile Diseases, is a classic prescription of Zhang Zhongjing in Eastern Han Dy-nasty. Zhongjing considered it as the main prescription for the treatment of Shaoyang disease. Then later generations have developed it. I had the privilege under the tutelage of Professor Xiao Guohui, and viewed the application of Xiaochaihu decoction. The application is very flexi-ble and the effect is good. It fully reflects the innovation spirit of inheriting the ancients thought, and not rigidly adhering to the ancients.
