摘　　要：就常见凶杀的精神疾病之形成因素及证候特点做了浅述。并指出,最常出现凶杀的是精神分裂症偏执型前段患者,由于此类患者神清、意清,言行协调,故多未能被家人与社会所察觉,即有所察觉,又多认为"病轻",或认为受了精神刺激,故多未予及时有效之正规治疗,终酿惨剧。还指出,应大力普及精神医学知识,倡导精神分裂症等之禀赋性体质致病说,对于防范和杜绝精神疾病患者之凶杀,将大有裨益。To talk about the form factors and syndrome characteristics of murder of common mental illness. Then pointed out that the most often murder is patients with schizophrenia paranoid type front, since such patients looked normal from appearance, and unable to detect by family and society. Even if they were detected, they seemed to get slight illness or mental stimulation. If they did not received timely and effective treatment, it would lead to tragedy. Also we should vigorously popularize mental medical knowledge, advocate the theory of endowment of schizophrenia and other pathogenic constitution. It is a great advantage in preventing and eliminating the murder of mental illness.
