摘　　要：本文介绍了刘颖主任医师治疗肠腑病症的经验,选录具有代表性的肠腑病案阑尾炎、肛门内括约肌失弛缓症、五更泄、肠粘连、痔疮脱垂等,针刺治疗联用下合-募穴,以上巨虚-天枢为主,辨证施治,随证配穴,恢复肠腑功能,使之能够正常地"变化出焉"。联用下合-募穴之法不仅限于本证运用,还可广泛用于所有六腑疾患的治疗。This paper introduced the chief physician Liu Ying ＇s experience in treating syndrome of intestinal. Selected representative med-ical records of the intestines： appendicitis, internal anal sphincter achalasia, dawn diarrhea, intestinal adhesion and hemorrhoid prolapse. Using acupuncture and combination of Xiahe‐Mu acupoint： based on Shangjuxu （ST37） and Tianshu （ST25） acupoints, syndrome dif-ferentiation, the function of intestines would be recover. Combination of Xiahe‐Mu Acupoint therapy not only treat syndrome of intestinal but widely applied on disease of Six Fu viscera.
