摘　　要：目的观察祛瘀化斑汤治疗结节性红斑的临床疗效。方法 68例确诊患者采用祛淤化斑汤加减治疗,并佐以抗结核治疗。结果 68例患者中,临床治愈60例,好转7例,无效1例,有效率为98.5%。结论祛瘀化斑汤治疗结节性红斑以清热利湿、行气化瘀为主,疏肝解郁、凉血解毒为辅,并配合抗结核治疗,可显著改善症状。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the Quyu Huaban decoction on the treatment of erythema nodosum. Meth- ods 68 cases which were diagnosed received Quyu Huaban decoction and anti-tuberculosis treatment. Results In the 68 cases, 60 cases were cured, improvement in 7 eases, and one case was invalid. The effective rate was 98.5%. Conclusion Quyu Huaban decoction on treating erythema nodosum is given priority to eliminating dampness and heat, regulating qi to disperse stagnation; relieving the depressed liver, cooling blood and detoxifying are complementary. Combining with anti-tuberculosis treatment, the symptoms can be significantly im- proved.
