散偏汤治疗偏头痛30例

摘　　要：目的观察加味散偏汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例患者按随机分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组30例;治疗组给予加味散偏汤,对照组给予西药西比灵治疗;两组均以7天为1个疗程,观察其治疗前后临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.3%、66.7%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味散偏汤能够改善偏头痛症状,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanpian decoction in the treatment of migraine. Methods 60 patients with mi- graine were randomly divided into two groups, whit 30 case in each group. The treatment group was treated with Sanpian decoction, while the control group took flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. All patients in the two groups were treated for seven days. The clinical efficacy was observed after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.3% and 66.7%, respec- tively. Comparing the total efficiency of the two groups, there were significant differences （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Sanpian decoction can improve the symptoms of migraine, and has zood curative effect.
