温针灸法配合功能训练治疗帕金森病吞咽功能障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察温针灸法配合功能训练对帕金森病患者吞咽功能障碍的疗效。方法将58例符合帕金森病诊断标准的患者按就诊顺序随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组(温针灸+康复训练),对照组(康复训练)。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为50%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸法配合功能训练疗法对于帕金森病患者吞咽障碍疗效肯定,且治疗效果显著优于单纯康复训练。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of needle warming moxibustion combined with function training on dysphagia of Parkinsonls disease. Methods 58 patients met the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson＇s disease patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received needle warming moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training, the control group adopted rehabilitation training. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 83.3% and 50%, respectively. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The needle warming moxibustion combined with function training on dysphagia of Parkinson＇s disease was obvious, and the treatment effect is significantly bet- ter than that of simple rehabilitation training.
