穴位注射配合穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎80例

摘　　要：目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射配合中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射1次/隔日,选取两侧肺俞穴或定喘穴交替进行穴位注射,3个月为1个疗程。中药穴位贴敷1次/日,贴于双侧肺俞、双侧膏肓、双侧定喘、膻中、天突、大椎,每次贴敷8~10小时。每年三伏、三九进行治疗,连续治疗2年。结果治愈25例,显效40例,好转10例,无效5例,总有效率为94%。结论卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射配合中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid of acupoint injection combined with acupoint application of TCM on the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods BCG polysacchafide nucleic acid of acupoint injection was taken ev- ery other day. The acupoint injection sites were both sides of Feishu or Dingchuan alternately. Three months was one treatment course. Acupoint application of TCM was taken once a day, Acupoint selection： bilateral Feishu, bilateral gaohuang, bilateral dingchuan, danzhong, tiantu, and Dazhui, sticking 8 tol0 H each time. The treatment was carried out each year in the ＂ Sanfu＂ and ＂ Sanjiu＂ . The treatment continued 2 years. Results 25 patients were cured, 40 patients were improved, 10 patients were improved better, 5 patients were invalid, and the total effective rato was 94%. Conclusion BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid of acupoint injection combined with acupoint application of TCM on the treatment of chronic bronchitis is safe and effective. It is worthy of clinical application.
