开天门配合背俞穴刺络拔罐治疗肝郁化火型不寐35例

摘　　要：目的观察开天门配合背俞穴刺络拔罐治疗肝郁化火型不寐的临床疗效。方法将70例肝郁化火型不寐患者,随机分为两组各35例,治疗组采用开天门配合背俞穴刺络拔罐治疗,对照组采用口服舒乐安定治疗。结果治疗组35例,治愈21例(60.00%),好转12例(34.29%),未愈2例(5.71%),总有效率94.29%。对照组35例,治愈15例(42.86%),好转13例(37.14%),未愈7例(20.00%),总有效率80.00%。两组在疗效方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开天门配合背俞穴刺络拔罐治疗肝郁化火型不寐临床疗效显著,且无药物副作用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Kaitianmen combined with Beishu acupoint pricking and cupping on the treatment of Ganyu Huahuo type insomnia. Methods 70 cases of Ganyu Huahuo insomnia patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 35eases in each group. The treatment group received Kaitianmen combined with Beishu aeupoint pricking and cupping, the control group took ora｜ly estazol_am, Results In the treatment group, 21 cases were cured （60.00%） , 12 cases improved （34.29%） , 2 cases were invalid （5.71%） , and the total efficacy was 94.29%. In the control group, 15 cases were cured （42.86%） , 13 cases improved （37.14%） , 7 cases were invalid （20.00%） , and the total effective rate was 80.00%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Kaitianmen combined with Beishu acupoint pricking and cupping on the treatment of Ganyu Huahuo insomnia was distinct, and no drug side effects.
