半夏泻心汤临证心得

摘　　要：半夏泻心汤出自《伤寒论》辨太阳病脉证并治方。方含半夏,黄芩,干姜,人参,甘草,黄连,大枣。功具散寒清热,调和肠胃,是辛开苦降、寒热并用、补泻兼施的代表方剂。因其配伍精当,效专力宏,故被后世广泛应用。笔者师从肖国辉教授,见其运用半夏泻心汤治疗疾病取得良好效果,现将临证心得汇报如下,不当之处敬请同道斧正。Banxia Xiexin decoction comes from differentiation of Taiyang disease syndromes and prescriptions and the governing party of the Treatise on Febrile Diseases. It contains Banxia, Huangqin, Ganjiang, Ginseng, Liquorice, Goldthread, and Fructus Jujubae. It can play the role of antipyresis, harmonizing intestine-stomach. The decoction is the representative formula of dispelling cold and heat, harmonizing intestine-stomach, Xinkai Kujiang, cold and heat, and tonification and purgation in combination. Since the precise and appropriate compati- bility, efficient and powerful function, it was widely used. The author studied with Professor Xiao Guohui, and observed good results for treatment of diseases by using Banxia Xiexin decoction. Clinical experience would be reported as follows.
