青黛散外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎医案分析

摘　　要：青黛散调醋外敷患处治疗流行性腮腺炎,一方面改善患儿临床症状,消除腮腺肿痛,提高患儿舒适度;另一方面通过皮肤毛细血管吸收药物达到治疗腮腺炎的目的。采用本方法可以明显缩短病程,临床验证,其方法简便、安全、无毒副作用、疗效尤为显著,值得临床推广使用。Indigo Naturalis powder combined with vinegar on the affected area for the treatment of epidemic parotitis not only improved the clinical symptoms and comfort level of children, and eliminated swelling and pain of parotid but also achieved the purpose of treating mumps through the capillaries of the skin absorption of drugs. Using this method can obviously shorten the course of disease. From clini- cal verification, the method is simple, safe, non-toxic and no side effects, and has particularly remarkable curative effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
